Once again, Federico Churba will be present at Stockholm Furniture Fair...
Designed together with Patricio Lix Klett for the argentine brand Solantú, Saetas collection has been recently selected by the english magazine curatorial team.
For this season, where light and outdoors take center stage, we bring you a series of objects that come into harmony with the environment.
Now our creations can also be found at Editor Market, the first design department store located in the heart of Buenos Aires City.
A sheet folds and transforms to generate a volume in space. An aluminium body that stands out for its lightness. Foglio, our new family of low tables.
For the third time, Estudio Federico Churba designed Isla de Ediciones a social and common area in arteBA, one of the most important art fairs...
Federico Churba's flagshipstore exhibits Concreto by photographer Juan Hitters. A series of pictures taken in Sydney, Australia, during 2013 that will be showcased until May 30th.
Milan Design Week showed us that metallic finishes such as chrome bronze and gold together with white and black neutral colours are in trend.
Explore the world and learn from it. To be open to discover new materials,
their properties, flaws and languages.
Above all, look at the world. Peer into it. Perceive it for what it is: a vessel of
possibilities, a multicolor and multispatial store of infinite raw materials whose
shapes and qualities we remove, combine and synthesize to create new
objects.
An attentive and singular search that precedes every creation of lines, plans
and volumes. A creative yet critical eye that interprets and reinterprets the
junctions and strains that exist within us.
Explore the world and learn from it. To be open to discover new materials, their
properties, flaws and languages. Challenge processes and methodologies. To
get involved physically: smell, see, touch, listen. To experiment is to generate
alternatives, variations, synthesis and, fundamentally, to never feel like you've
achieved the final result.
Intervening space. To inhabit, organize and transform it and make it functional.
To inhabit a space is to do more than occupy it; it is to make it your own, to
have a close and, at the same time, distant relationship with its objects. To
design is to understand surfaces and their folds, to push the limit, go beyond it
and then return. It is to look, explore and inhabit.
